Sharing Series #2: Mindfulness and Meditation

FreeThisFriday as part of our new Little Dreamers Sharing Series, we’re running a Mindfulness and Meditation session, hosted by Ambika Das!
Ambika is a Wellness and Mindfulness Practitioner and a Little Dreamers Volunteer. She’ll be leading us into the weekend with a wonderful mental and energetic boost!
Ambika’s programs are designed to analyse, correct and harmonize energy system of the body. This is done by applying effective breathing techniques, right energy protocols, and an introduction to mindfulness meditation. Ambika has been practicing wellness and mindfulness therapy for more than 10 years and her passion and enthusiasm inspires others to trust in themselves and take control of their well-being. Ambika’s experience in treating diverse patients not only advanced her skills but also greatly enriched her understanding of complex health conditions that are caused by a combination of genetic, environmental, and emotional factors.
