We’re celebrating Carers Week 2021 by showcasing the incredible and diverse talents of our Young Carers in our annual Virtual Young Carer Talent Show!

Are you a magician or a musician? A designer or a rhymer? A comedian or a medium? Whatever it is – we’d love to see your talent!

When: Thursday 14 October, 6pm – 8.30pm AEDT
Where: Online via Zoom!

The Young Carer Talent Show is proudly sponsored by the City of Newcastle and will be hosted by Sarah Harris from Studio 10. 

How does it Work?

• Young Carers can register to take part via the form below.
• On registration, you have the option to submit a pre-recorded video of your talent, or perform live!
• If you’re performing live, we’ll send you a link to join the day before the event along with an approximate time of your performance. When it’s your time to shine, you’ll be introduced by our host, Sarah Harris, who’ll ask you a little about yourself before you begin. From there, you’ll have up to 5 minutes to show us your special talent!
• If you’re submitted a prerecorded video, we’ll let you know what time your performance will be aired.
• Our top three performers will take home a special trophy and prizes!
