Name: Maddy
Position: Founder and CEO
My hobbies are: Travelling, reading and sitting by the beach
My favourite food is: Mango!
The best piece of advice I’ve been given: Always hustle with heart
Someone I would love to have dinner with: Audrey Hepburn
Someone I really admire is: My Nana and Papa – from sleepovers while my family was in the hospital through to shopping trips, country Victoria holidays and coffee dates, my grandparents have always been there for me. They have created a home where I feel safe, loved and where the stress melts away the minute you walk in the door and I could never thank them enough for what they have done for me.
What Little Dreamers means to me: Little Dreamers is the organisation I so badly wanted and needed when I was growing up. It is changing lives every single day and I am constantly surprised by what we are able to achieve and proud of the incredible young people that we get to meet each week.
What I’m most excited about: The next 12 months! The past 12 months have been HUGE going from 1 staff member to 6, from $150k to $1m+, there is always something new and different going on and we have so much in the pipeline.
My Dream Experience would be: Meeting John Travolta and Olivia Newton-JohnName: Nat

My hobbies are: Photography, travelling, playing soccer, watching AFL
My favourite food is: Salted caramel ice cream
The best piece of advice I’ve been given: Nothing’s good or bad but thinking makes it so

Someone I really admire is: Jim Stynes
What Little Dreamers means to me: Little Dreamers has given me the opportunity to work with 5 other incredible women on an incredible cause. Every day I feel that I’m changing lives and helping support a vulnerable group of the population.
What I’m most excited about: The endless opportunities this organisation has. I can’t wait to see what we become!
My Dream Experience would be: Playing a game of AFLWName: Casey

My hobbies are: Sport, hanging with friends and going to new cafes!
My favourite food is: Tough choice between avocado and peanut butter (crunchy obviously)
The best piece of advice I’ve been given: Remember you’ll always regret what you didn’t do rather than what you did

Someone I really admire is: Nick Riewoldt
What Little Dreamers means to me: It’s about being part of team of incredible people who create a community that celebrates the importance of Young Carers and special siblings and all that they do. It allows us to provide support and opportunities for these amazing young people that they may not be able to access otherwise.
What I’m most excited about: The rate that Little Dreamers continues to grow and the amount of young people we are supporting every day!
Dream Experience: Play for the Australian hockey team in the OlympicsName: Tasha
Position: Family Engagement and Outreach Coordinator
My hobbies are: Cooking, Health and Fitness
My favourite food is: Sushi
The best piece of advice I’ve been given: Apprehension is worse than reality
Someone I would love to have dinner with: Ellen Degeneres
Someone I really admire is: My aunty. She is wholeheartedly selfless, kind and warm. With never an ounce of judgment or resentment towards others, she dedicates her life to her caring role.
What Little Dreamers means to me: A fun, passionate and deeply rewarding environment I can go each day that feels like a lot more than just a job
What I’m most excited about: Continuing to grow with this organisation, alongside a group of amazing women and help as many Young Carers as we can
My Dream Experience would be: Spending the day on the set of a movie, meeting the cast and watching the filmingName: Emma
Position: Marketing, Communications and Events Coordinator
My hobbies are: Reading, writing, running, baking + travelling
My favourite food is: Ice cream
The best piece of advice I’ve been given: You’ll never know if you never try
Someone I would love to have dinner with: The Queen
Someone I really admire is: My dad
What Little Dreamers means to me: A safe place for Young Carers and Special Siblings, and a place where no young person will go unnoticed or unappreciated for what they do
What I’m most excited about: Getting to know the amazing Young Carers and their families and watching the impact Little Dreamers has on their lives!
My Dream Experience would be: Going to Finland to ride reindeer and sleep in a glass igloo under the Northern LightsName: Stephanie
Position: Operations Coordinator
My hobbies are: Travel, Yoga, Snowboarding, Hiking
My favourite food is: Cheese
The best piece of advice I’ve been given: You can’t get happy, you can only be happy 🙂

What Little Dreamers means to me: To me Little Dreamers means helping every child gets the childhood they deserve – Young Carers spend so much of their time supporting others so being a form of support for them is so special and important.
What I’m most excited about: Working alongside an incredible, passionate and dedicated team to change the way Young Carers are supported around the world!
My Dream Experience would be: To hang with a sloth.
