This isn’t an ordinary adventure, we’re fundraising for Young Carers! Help Little Dreamers deliver tailored case management to every Young Carer who registers for support with us around Australia. The funds raised through this adventure will be invested into more resources and Family Support Workers to deliver this vital, one-on-one support.
