This program is offered throughout the North Coast, the Hunter and Port Stephens.

Running weekly online via Zoom, Empower Hour is a Peer Support program that focuses on connecting with other Young Carers in a relaxed and fun environment. This time is spent on fun activities, connecting with friends and receiving support and guidance from Little Dreamers mentors along the way.

Young Carers will get to test their general knowledge and engage in interactive activities with their peers, while also receiving support and guidance from our friendly facilitators along the way.
