Our Graphic Designer will coordinate and oversee our organisation’s internal and external communication materials and branding. You will be creative, self-driven and innovative to manage the development of awareness and fundraising campaigns, event branding, organisational style guides, the annual report and brand book, merchandise and more.

As a Family Support Worker and wellbeing liaison, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and support of a caseload of Young Carers in Victoria. You will adopt a person-centred approach to case management and ensure that support is provided to Young Carers by being the wellbeing liaison on camps and programs, and supporting post-program engagement to enhance their overall health and wellbeing. This role is essential in empowering Young Carers and promoting their overall quality of life.

As our dedicated IT resource you will have the important task of ensuring that our systems are maintained, appropriately licenced and operating efficiently and securely.

We're seeking a compassionate social work or counselling professional who possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of Young Carers gained through either lived or work experience, and a solid grasp of the not-for-profit sector.
Location: Toowoomba QLD
As a Young Carer Support Coordinator you are the key support person for Young Carers participating in Coaching in key locations across our delivery area (NSW2). Each day will include completing intakes and Carer Stars with Young Carers and delivering Coaching sessions, both individual and group, in-person with Young Carers within your catchment area.
