Dream Experience

AGES 4 - 25

A Dream Experience helps Young Carers live out their Dream for the day and receive recognition for their caring role.

School Holiday Program

AGES 6+

Holiday Programs give Young Carers the chance to take a break, make new friends and enjoy a fun day out on the school holidays.

Big Dreamers

AGES 13 - 17

A six-month personal development program featuring monthly workshops, a retreat, mentoring and a graduation event.

Coaching

AGES 6-25

A capacity building program helping Young Carers to identify their goals and learn how to balance their needs with the needs of the people they care for.

Counselling

AGES 12-25

A collaborative space that supports Young Carers to make sense of themselves and their worlds by using evidence-based therapeutic methods that promote emotional wellbeing.

Tutoring

AGES 1O+

Provides Young Carers with extra support in their education, keeping them engaged in schoolwork and studies.

Peer Support

AGES 6 - 25

Work side-by-side with a team of mentors and other Young Carers, with a focus on personal development, growth and guidance.

Carer Gateway

Little Dreamers is proud to be a Carer Gateway service provider in Queensland and parts of Victoria and New South Wales - delivering programs specifically designed for Young Carers.

The Anchor Project

AGES 12-18

The Anchor Project is a brand-new wellbeing, connection, and resilience program delivered by the Young Carer Wellbeing Hub and Little Dreamers. Co-designed by Young Carers, the program aims to support Young Carers aged 12-18 across VIC (St Kilda), NSW (Sydney/Newcastle), and QLD (Brisbane), particularly those from diverse communities, through engaging group experiences that build confidence, strengthen coping strategies, and reduce social isolation.
